Objective:

  • Provide W/I with high-end promotional models for 3-day music festival.

Parameters:

  • All promotional models had to be: energetic, experienced and exceptionally beautiful.
  • All promotional models had to be local to the New Orleans market.
  • All promotional models had to be pre-approved by the firm and the client.

Timing:

  • Devolution Solutions was given 2 weeks to find, recruit and hire talent, and get them pre-approved.

Program Elements:

  • Hire a dozen very attractive and outgoing ladies for the annual Voo Doo Festival.
  • 7 promotional models per shift, 2 shifts per day, 3 days execution.
  • Engage concert-goers and take photos with patrons at exclusive, branded VIP lounge.
  • Remain enthusiastic and energetic for entire 7 hour shifts. Many ladies worked double shifts.

Results:

  • 0% No-Show Rate
  • Over 60,000 impressions.
  • The on-site client was very pleased with execution and the excitement it created.
