Objective:

Provide client with promotional staff for 4-day promotional event.

Parameters:

  • All staff had to be: energetic, experienced and professional.
  • All staff had to be local to the Los Angeles market and able to work everyday.
  • All staff had to be pre-approved by the client.

Timing:

Devolution Solutions was given 2 weeks to find, recruit and hire talent, and get them pre-approved.

Program Elements:

  • Hire 6 brand ambassadors and 1 on-site back-up for the annual Pac 10 basketball championships.
  • 6 brand ambassadors per shift, 4 days execution.
  • Engage event attendees and distribute promotional items and assistance with games and contests.
  • Remain enthusiastic and energetic for entire 8-10 hour shifts.

Results:

  • 0% No-Show Rate
  • The on-site client was very pleased with execution and the excitement it created.
